Role Description

1. Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for field force (MRs, ABMs, RBMs)

2. Develop and deliver product, therapy, and soft skills training modules

3. Identify training needs through performance metrics and field inputs

4. Coordinate with sales leadership and marketing teams for content alignment

5. Monitor post-training effectiveness and ensure continuous skill development

Requirement:

1.      Graduation in Science/Pharmacy; MBA preferred*

2.      Experience: 3–6 years in pharmaceutical training (mandatory)

3.      Proven experience in field force training & development

Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
