Assistant Manager Training

As an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development at our company, your role will involve training and developing new hires, conducting periodic assessments, and supporting them to enhance overall productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct induction training for new hires - Provide on-the-job training - Maintain training delivery and feedback score benchmarks - Drive overall productivity of new and existing employees **Qualification & Experience:** - Post Graduate/ Graduate - Minimum 2-5 years of training experience - Tele and insurance market exposure preferred As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Manager and the IC team to ensure the successful training and development of employees. Your key stakeholders will include the Head of telesales and tele leadership internally, and business partners such as Brokers and web aggregators externally. Success in this role will be measured by employee coverage & certification, employee activation post induction, training mandays achievement, feedback score benchmarking, and GWP target achievement.
