Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development, your role will involve training and developing new hires, conducting periodic assessments, and providing support to enhance their overall productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting induction training for new hires - Providing on-the-job training - Maintaining training delivery and feedback score benchmark - Driving overall productivity of new and existing employees Qualification Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate qualification - Minimum 2-5 years of training experience - Exposure to the tele and insurance market is preferred Additional Company Details: The key stakeholders you will interact with include the Head of telesales and tele leadership internally, and external business partners such as brokers and web aggregators. Your success in this role will be measured by criteria such as employee coverage & certification, employee activation post induction, training mandays achievement & feedback score benchmarking, and GWP target achievement. Key competencies and skills required for this position include excellent presentation skills, enthusiasm, initiative, written and verbal language command, and the adoption of a sales culture.
