Role Overview

Assistant Manager Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence & Analysis
- Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital (NWC), Debt-like items
- Excel-based analyses and workbooks
- financial ratio analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis

Deal Execution & Client Interaction
- document request lists
- client discussions and deal strategy
- due diligence reports

Project & Team Management
- 6 8 diligence professionals
- Coordinate daily with U.S.-based consulting professionals, managers, and senior leadership, including early morning and late evening calls.
- Ensure seamless communication, alignment of deliverables, and adherence to timelines.

Technology & Process Excellence
