Your key responsibilities

• EY India s DSS - SAT practice provides trusted leadership in pivotal situations to rapidly solve challenges across business functions, through sustainable solutions and help reshape companies for a better future. Our actions are focused on improving business performance, reshape business portfolio / change management and ensure sustaining business performance through custom solutions across business life cycle. The services include
• Change management and transition support
• Interim management - CEO / CFO services
• Finance function effectiveness
• Fast track strategy implementation
• Liquidity management and working capital solutions
• Operational improvement and crisis stabilization
• Driving M&A in distressed scenarios Key The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful solutions under the Special Situations Practice. Key responsibilities include
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis and identifying key areas of concern
• Developing tailored strategies to address financial and operational challenges
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and management, to facilitate negotiations
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting progress to clients and senior management
• Assisting in the preparation of improvement plans and business recovery models
• Drive PMO for fast-track strategy implementation Required Skills and Experience
• Educational qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution
• Experience 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate
• Strong technical skills - Corporate Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in excel business modelling, BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to think and drive next steps
