Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (US Hiring)

Location: HSR, Bangalore

Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a seamless and positive
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and implement effective
recruitment and diversity hiring strategies
.
Stay updated with
US market trends
, salary benchmarks, and talent insights to guide hiring strategies.
Maintain compliance with
US employment laws
and internal recruitment policies.
Track and report hiring metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
4+ years of experience
in end-to-end
US talent acquisition
(Full-time & Part-time).
Strong knowledge of
US hiring practices
and compliance.
Proven experience in sourcing via
LinkedIn Recruiter
, job portals, and social media.
Familiarity with
ATS and HR tools
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
