Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

(Considering candidates only who can join within 30 Days Max)

Location:

Position Summary

Non-IT roles (approx. 60%)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing & Acquisition (60% Non-IT | 40% Technology):

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • For Non-IT Hiring:

    Specialize in hiring for functions such as Finance & Accounting, Audit Support, Tax, Advisory, Risk & Compliance, Management Consulting, Internal Business Support, and other back-office operations.
  • For Technology Hiring:

    Source and select talent for roles including, but not limited to, Software Development, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and ERP support, understanding the specific skill sets required.

Stakeholder Management & Partnership:

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business goals, team dynamics, and technical competencies to provide insightful market intelligence and talent recommendations.
  • Manage recruitment timelines and set realistic expectations with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Champion the employer brand by effectively communicating our value proposition, culture, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Utilize sophisticated direct sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.

Process Excellence & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline processes and maintain accurate data.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • A full-time Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a global in-house recruitment team preferred from large corporate
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience in hiring for

    both Non-IT corporate functions and Technology roles

    .
  • Proven expertise in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other innovative channels.

Desired:

  • Experience in the professional services industry (Big 4, Consulting, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the Bengaluru talent market.
