Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in the recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent within the furniture industry. Your key focus will be on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
