The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will have a pivotal role in the recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes of top talent within the furniture industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract skilled individuals for various positions. Utilizing multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networks, you will actively source potential candidates and nurture a robust pipeline for critical roles. It will be imperative to stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to ensure competitive recruitment approaches, while also upholding the confidentiality of both company and candidate information. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the furniture industry. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and selection methods is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, exhibit excellent communication skills, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
