Job Description

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for various roles. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, recruitment agencies). - Collaborate with sales business HR to understand role requirements, target profiles, and business goals. -Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. -Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs - Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract the best talent. - Handle vendor empanelment processes, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding recruitment agencies. - Domestic Travel to various locations - Should be able to arrange walk in drives & campus hiring
