About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth and success. Youll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide a seamless experience for candidates, managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, helping to refine job descriptions and identify essential skills
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and consult on hiring timelines and candidate expectations
  • Address candidate inquiries promptly, providing information about the role and the organization
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process and positive candidate experience
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, and the flow of information throughout the hiring cycle
  • Support offer negotiation and extension processes, handling pre-boarding documentation to ensure a seamless handover to the HR onboarding team
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently recruited roles, identifying proactive sourcing strategies

Key Attributes

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various sourcing techniques
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices related to recruitment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Must be regular MBA/ PGDM with HR specialization.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or any reputed agency setting

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
