Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and analytical fresh graduates from IITs/NITs (Batch of 2024/2025) to join our Supply Chain team. The role will revolve around sourcing, procurement, and driving operational excellence to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution across our marketplace and D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing and vendor development for beauty and personal care products.
  • Manage procurement planning, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely availability of stock across warehouses and marketplaces.
  • Track and optimize end-to-end supply chain costs and efficiency.
  • Build and analyze data dashboards for demand, supply, and procurement metrics.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for scale and agility.

What We’re Looking For

  • B.Tech/BE from IIT/NIT (2024 or 2025 batch only).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership, ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in eCommerce, beauty, and consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
