Assistant Manager Stores

Location:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
Ensure proper binning, tagging, and FIFO/FEFO practices
Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ERP (Expandx) updates (GRN, Issue, Return, Transfer)
Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical stock checks
Support the implementation of barcode, QR, and Kanban systems
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, and Planning teams for timely material supply
Handle vendor coordination, documentation, and rejected material returns
Maintain 5S, safety, and audit compliance
Prepare MIS reports on stock status, ageing, and shortages

Candidate Profile

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / Graduate (Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain preferred)
Skills:

ERP / MRP knowledge (Expandx preferred)
Excel & inventory MIS reporting
Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, Kanban, and lean practices
Familiarity with ISO standards & 5S implementation
