Job Opening: Assistant Manager – Education Industry

Location: Perumbavoor / Thrippunithura
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to support operations and student services in our education division. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, capable of managing teams, and able to interact effectively with students and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the institute/branch
• Oversee admissions, counselling, and student engagement activities
• Coordinate with counsellors, faculty, and staff to ensure smooth functioning
• Support in planning and executing marketing/outreach initiatives
• Ensure high-quality student and parent experience
• Track and report performance metrics to management

Requirements:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation (Management/Education background preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in education, counselling, or management roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Ability to handle team responsibilities and meet targets
• Passion for the education sector and student growth
