Job Opening: Centre Head – Education Industry

Location: Perumbavoor / Thrippunithura
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Head to lead and manage our educational institute’s operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to drive student enrolments and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the centre and manage staff effectively
• Lead admissions, student engagement, and counselling activities
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives to boost enrolments
• Ensure quality delivery of educational programs and services
• Manage budgets, resources, and centre performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community
• Report to management on centre performance and improvement areas

Requirements:

• Proven experience in education management, centre operations, or related leadership roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam & English
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented with a focus on growth and performance
• Graduation/Post-Graduation (Education/Management background preferred)
