Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Spa to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Supervise and train a team of therapists, stylists, and support staff to meet high performance standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Strong knowledge of spa services, including massage, acupuncture, and yoga.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
