The role requires the incumbent to build the MRO category by acquiring & managing relevant brands, vendors/ suppliers. We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He will be expected to scale up the Supplier base & vendor operations and ensure optimization of inventory & pricing.
1) Strong in procurement (MRO materials)
2) Known to local market
3) Good in stakeholder management
•Supplier/ Vendor management across different product categories (MRO products) in Industrial/ Business space
•Vendor Onboarding: Adding new vendors and categories proactively by constantly improving Quality, Cost and Delivery terms with suppliers across India
•Driving standardization: Ensuring standardization of products, process and prices
2+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement/ Vendor Management in B2B- Enterprise space
Knowledge/ Skills Excellent vendor development skills. Should have deep- rooted networks in the supplier markets, pertaining to B2B/ Industrial space
