About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Social Media & Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, strategic, and have proven experience in managing and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.

2. Create and manage content for platforms including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

3. Plan and implement campaigns with a focus on viral and trend-driven content.

4. Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors to adapt strategies for optimal performance.

5. Utilize CRM tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL) or Salesforce for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and lead nurturing.

6. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to measure success and ROI.

7. Collaborate with the design, content, and video teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

8. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing innovations and social media algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 2 to 4 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.

3. Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) or Salesforce is mandatory.

4. Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing.

5. Proven ability to ideate and execute viral social media campaigns.

6. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
