Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager Finance & Compliance will support end-to-end financial management, statutory compliance, P&L analysis, cash flow tracking, and MIS reporting. The role focuses on financial discipline, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, export, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & P&L Support

• • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements.
• • Track costs, margins, overheads, and profitability.
• • Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cost-control initiatives.
• • Perform variance analysis and prepare management summaries.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Tracking

• • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
• • Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory movement.
• • Follow up on collections from domestic and international clients.
• • Support fund planning for procurement, production, and operations.
• • Coordinate with banks for routine financial documentation and reporting.

3. MIS & Management Reporting

• • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• • Track KPIs related to sales, production, inventory, profitability, and cash flow.
• • Ensure data accuracy across accounting systems and reports.
• • Assist in report automation and process improvement.

4. Statutory & Corporate Compliance

• • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and ROC requirements.
• • Support statutory filings, returns, and audit coordination.
• • Maintain compliance calendars and statutory documentation.
• • Assist in preparation of board documents, resolutions, and agreements.
• • Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, and consultants.

5. Internal Controls & Documentation

• • Support implementation of internal financial controls.
• • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• • Assist in audit and compliance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• • CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / CS.
• • 3–6 years of experience in finance, compliance, or MIS roles.
• • Experience in manufacturing, export, or e-commerce businesses preferred.
• • Strong working knowledge of Excel, accounting software, and MIS systems
