Head of Accounts & Finance

• Lead complete accounting across manufacturing, exports, and DTC businesses.
• Ensure accurate monthly closing, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct cost center-wise and SKU-level profitability and variance analysis.
• Implement strong internal controls, approval workflows, and financial discipline.

2. E-commerce Finance (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify)

• Oversee Amazon settlement, fee breakdown, and reimbursement claims.
• Reconcile Etsy, Shopify, and all payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
• Track ad spends (Amazon PPC, Meta, Google) and contribution margin by channel.
• Monitor returns, refunds, chargebacks, leakages, and financial disputes.

3. Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Management

• Manage raw material, WIP, dyeing/printing/stitching, and FG valuation.
• Drive accurate per-unit costing across all production stages.
• Audit wastage, shrinkage, productivity, and overhead allocation.
• Strengthen inventory control systems across factory, warehouse, and FBA locations.

4. Export / Import & FEMA Compliance

• Manage export invoicing, shipping bills, LUT, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, and GST refunds.
• Handle BRC/FIRC reconciliation and export realization tracking.
• Coordinate international vendor payments, FOREX conversion, and FEMA compliance.
• Work closely with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping partners.

5. Compliance, Taxation & Audit

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory submissions.
• Manage payroll compliances: PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Bonus.
• Lead internal, statutory, and process audits.
• Maintain documentation and compliance system readiness at all times.

6. ERP Implementation (End-to-End Ownership)

• Evaluate and finalize ERP (Zoho / Odoo / SAP B1 / Custom).
• Lead system design, module mapping, workflow setup, and implementation.
• Drive adoption across finance, production, inventory, and sales teams.
• Establish data integrity, automation, and real-time financial visibility.

7. MIS, Analytics & Founder Reporting

• Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards: revenue, margins, cash, inventory, and KPIs.
• Manage working capital forecasting (inventory, receivables, payables).
• Support fundraising, banking interactions, and financial modeling.
• Conduct deep-dive strategic reviews directly with the Founder.

Mandatory Requirements

• CA

  preferred

  or proven senior finance leader with strong domain expertise.
• 715 years experience in

  E-commerce / Manufacturing / Exports

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  Amazon Finance

  , settlements, and fee structures.
• Prior

  ERP implementation experience (at least one full successful rollout)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  GST, TDS, costing, export accounting & incentives

  .
• Expert-level Excel, MIS, and financial analysis skills.
• Must be ready for a

  hands-on role on-site

  at factory/HO in Jaipur.

Preferred Background

• Textile or garment export manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with Amazon FBA + Shopify DTC brands.
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting (India + US/EU).
• Understanding of international logistics, freight accounting & BRC/FIRC cycles.
