Job Description

Job Title: Senior EngineerCompany Name: Shriram PropertiesAs a Senior Engineer at Shriram Properties, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various real estate projects. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your technical expertise will drive innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the engineering aspects of construction projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and compliance.
Prepare engineering reports, project documentation, and detailed design specifications.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Evaluate project feasibility and provide cost-effective engineering solutions.
Stay updated on the latest engineering technologies and methodologies to enhance project execution.

Skills And Tools Required

Strong expertise in civil engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000.
Excellent project management skills, including planning and resource allocation.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
