Key Responsibilities

  • Manage secretarial compliance, including documentation and filings
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and board resolutions

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
  • Lead strategic planning and staff management



Requirements

  • 5+ years in a similar role
