Assistant Manager - SCM | EXIM | 5 to 6 years | Peenya Office

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end management of Import and Export operations.
Handle post-shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, LC documents, country certifications, customs/insurance declarations, certificates of origin and other documents as per customer requirements.
Prepare Bank Guarantees, Continuity Bonds, EPCG Bonds and B-17 Bonds for various duty-free imports under ICGR/Concessional Rate, EPCG, EOU and Advance License schemes.
Coordinate customs clearance activities, liaise with transporters, issue e-waybills and communicate with warehouse teams for smooth logistics.
Prepare closure reports and arrange documents such as E-BRC, original license copies and original EP shipping bills for closing Advance Licenses.
Arrange GR waivers from banks for re-export of defective machines on a repair-and-return basis.
Manage all pre and post-documentation related to import and export processes.
Ensure clearance of shipments under Advance and EPCG Licenses in compliance with regulations.
Manage cross-country export processes and documentation.

Qualifications

Degree or MBA in EXIM Management.
5 6 years of experience in Import & Export operations.
