RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
Identify potential clients and markets through research, networking, and other processes, and develop targeted strategies to approach them
Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property values
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new clients
Create compelling property listings, including photographs and detailed descriptions
Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
Analyse property markets and assess market conditions to offer accurate advice to clients
Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favourable terms and conditions
Mediate between landlords/developers and clients to facilitate smooth and mutually beneficial deals
Ensure all transactions comply with regulations
Review and prepare necessary engagement documentation and contracts
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
Attend networking events and stay informed about industry trends
Organise property inspections with the client and landlords/developers
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process
Represent our organisation in different forums, as and when necessary
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop strategies to capitalise on them
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, including sales pipeline, client relationships, and revenue growth

KEY SKILLS:

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT (these skills are a plus)
Financial analysis and modelling
Basic writing and presentation skills
Market orientation understanding
Strong interpersonal skills (profile involves frequent inter-departmental coordination and collaboration)
Stakeholder management

MUST HAVES:

5-8 years of experience in market research, report writing and analysis
Forecasting skills good to have
Graduate/post-graduate in Business Management, Economics, Finance, and Urban Planning
An experienced analyst covering the real estate/infrastructure/equity research
