CTC : 20,000 – 25,000 Per Month + Incentives

Job Summary:

Whiteshark Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Managers – Sales to drive solar product and EPC service sales in Eastern India. The role involves lead generation, client handling, proposal submission, and achieving sales targets in the respective regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients for rooftop solar, ground-mounted, and hybrid energy solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, technical site visits, and energy assessments.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute region-specific campaigns.
• Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly reports, and update progress to reporting manager.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. (MBA preferred)
• 2–4 years of sales experience in solar, power, or energy-related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and government incentives is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Locations:

• Sambalpur, Odisha

(Candidates must be willing to travel locally within their assigned territory.)

Salary:

CTC : 20,000 – 25,000 Per Month + Incentives
