Job Description

Role Overview – Assistant Manager (Sales)

As part of our property sales team, you’ll be the face of the organization and the first point of contact for customers. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue, manage micro-markets across Bangalore, and contribute directly to business growth.

This role combines customer engagement, sales ownership, and on-ground market interaction, giving you an opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers and proactively follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners (brokers) to generate potential leads.
  • Understand customer needs deeply to identify suitable sales opportunities.
  • Provide detailed information about properties and address customer queries promptly.
  • Stay up to date with product offerings and maintain in-depth property knowledge.
  • Manage and update customer databases systematically.
  • Understand market competition and position offerings effectively.
  • Execute upselling strategies and ensure consistent sales achievement.
  • Conduct market research and identify new leads to expand business reach.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
  • Target-driven mindset with persistence and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Willingness to work on weekends (real estate activity peaks on Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Open to local travel within Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
