Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager (Sales & Operations) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support our sales and operational efforts, helping to drive performance and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support in the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Train and mentor junior staff members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-10 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
