Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

You will be responsible for handling inquiries received from Lotus East Africa (LEA) Ltd."s sales team regarding calibration, validation, qualification, spares, tablet tooling, filters, chemicals, and other equipment and services. Your main tasks will include understanding the technical requirements, entering data into the CRM system, preparing and sending quotations, coordinating testing schedules, ensuring timely delivery of services, and reporting to customers on work progress. Additionally, you will need to maintain customer relationships, follow up on inquiries for orders, manage equipment logs and calibration certificates, collect feedback on services, and monitor online sales portals. In a supervisory role, you will oversee the sales and service teams in Kenya, develop and review their key result areas (KRAs), handle customer grievances, and report team performance to the reporting manager regularly. Your strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills will be essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office, effective time management, customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills are also required. Knowledge of CRM systems, product details, and online sales portals will be beneficial. You will also be responsible for preparing and sending reports, updating price lists, and highlighting any issues to the reporting manager.
