Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer with a strong background in marketing and business development. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience and a qualification in Mechanical Engineering and/or an MBA in Marketing. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth and brand awareness.

Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings with clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and marketing proposals.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve effectiveness.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and cooperation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or MBA in Marketing.

Around 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in an industrial or technical sector.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.

Good cooperation and team coordination skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
