Roles and Responsibility

Meeting clients to brief products through presentations and site visits.
Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries.
Following up with clients towards sales closures.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction from site visit to project handover.
Providing prompt post-sales servicing for all paperwork and collections.
Managing and motivating sales executives to meet targets.
Partnering with sales/vertical leads, marketing head, digital marketing team, and strategy leads to achieve overall sales revenue and business targets.
Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings to achieve targets.
