Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for LV/MV Panel Builders, LV switchgear products, including large project sales of 3 - 5 Cr.
Should have working exposure with
large End users
(
Data centers
)or
Large contractors or consultants
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.
Must have attained minimum sales target of 40cr in last 12 Months.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in electrical or electronics industry with a focus on low voltage (LV) switchgear products.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an industrial product company selling LV switchgear solutions.
