Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and supporting the overall success of our IFM vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IFM sectorAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored IFM solutions for clientsMaintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate informationConduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activitiesAssist in contract negotiations and closing dealsProvide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to managementParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote JLL's IFM servicesSupport account management activities for existing clients to ensure retention and growthQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in facilities management or related industriesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of integrated facilities management concepts and trendsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel as requiredDesired
