Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B sales of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services for automotive clients.
  
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  
• Meet OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers to pitch inspection and quality services.
  
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to tenders/RFQs.
  
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams for client onboarding and service execution.
  
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  
• Maintain regular MIS and reporting to the regional head.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
  
• Min 8  years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive/engineering services.
  
• Prior experience in Third-Party Inspection or Quality Services is a strong advantage.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently in assigned regions.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
