Position : Assistant Sales Manager Location : Gujarat (Ahmedabad or Sanand) & NCR (Noida or Faridabad) - 1 on Each Location Industry : Automotive Third Party Inspection Employment Type : Full-Time Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage B2B sales of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services for automotive clients. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Meet OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers to pitch inspection and quality services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to tenders/RFQs. Collaborate with operations and technical teams for client onboarding and service execution. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements. Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Maintain regular MIS and reporting to the regional head. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business. Min 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive/engineering services. Prior experience in Third-Party Inspection or Quality Services is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently in assigned regions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Salary & Benefits : Competitive salary with attractive incentive structure.
