Job Description

Department/Role: Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

Location

Job Purpose

To support the Sales & Marketing function in achieving business targets through customer management, sales coordination, lead generation, order follow-ups, and marketing activities, ensuring timely communication, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing existing customers and identifying new customer leads for business growth.
Handle customer communications, address queries, and support the quotation process.
Coordinate order processing with CSOM, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Support Sales Head in achieving monthly/quarterly order booking and dispatch targets.
Maintain customer data, enquiry records, order pipeline, and follow-up documentation.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer events.
Prepare and submit sales reports, order status reports, and customer feedback data.
Follow-up on payments and commercial documentation.
Assist in implementing 5S and standard procedures within the Sales & Marketing department.
