Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing

Job Title: Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager Reports to: Sales Manager or Director of Sales Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in all aspects of the sales operation, with a primary focus on building, training, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious and results-oriented professional who is ready to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's growth. The Assistant Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing a strong sales culture, ensuring the team meets and exceeds its targets, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in fasteners industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to train, coach, and mentor a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
