Job Description: As a Sales Executive for the coworking space, your role will involve taking ownership of the assigned space and driving sales to achieve monthly targets. This will require scheduling client visits, negotiating deals, and closing seat bookings efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Build and expand on existing channel partner networks to drive sales and increase revenue. - Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure precise tracking of sales activities and follow-ups with clients. - Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve any client issues within the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT). - Stay updated on competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, and the overall market scenario within the coworking industry. - Provide excellent after-sales support to retain existing customers and foster long-term relationships. - Identify and capitalize on new sales funnels and opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the real estate or coworking industry. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. - Good understanding of CRM systems for tracking sales activities. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry updates within the coworking sector.
