Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales Location: Nagpur Salary Range: As per Industry Standards Education: BBA/ MBA in Sales & Marketing Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager for Sales to manage and oversee the sales operations of our various resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales performance, handling bookings, managing the sales team, and driving visibility for the resorts on various platforms. You will also be tasked with providing feedback on team performance and reporting daily activities to your manager or respective authority. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations Management: Handle the booking operations for different resorts, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of reservations. Sales Performance: Monitor, track, and implement strategies to increase sales performance across multiple resorts. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing direction and support for achieving targets and maintaining team efficiency. Feedback and Reporting: Regularly assess the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback. Report daily activities and progress to your manager or the relevant authority. Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Market Analysis: Stay updated with current trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Asst. Manager in sales, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry. Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with fluency in English. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and sales strategies. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
