JOB DESCRIPTION:

EssentialSkillsets Required:

a)Should possess knowledge in global payroll processing, payroll relatedcompliances & labour law compliances in the respective countries

b)To build and maintain good client relationships

c)Leading and developing the team

d)To ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables and client is compliant withthe regulatory requirements

e)Maintain up to date knowledge of statutory compliances and applicable laws.Monitor the statutory changes at regular intervals by visiting the respectivecountries tax and social security authority websites

f)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

g)Should have experience of managing the payroll through the third-party vendorin different countries

Vital SkillsetsRequired:

a)Hands on experience on handling different payroll software and givingdevelopment inputs

b)Process improvement to improve quality, reduce costs, and increaseproductivity.

c)Managed new country payroll implementation independently by defining theBusiness Blueprint and designing and executing the project implementation plan.

d)Identifying the new business opportunities

e)Invoicing, debtors management and vendor management

Basic Skillsets Required:

a)MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)

b)Good verbal and written communication skills

c)Reading habit and doing research on internet

To be tailor-fit forthe above skillsets, you need to have,

a) Worked in a outsourced payroll managed services environment

b) Managed at least 3+ countries payroll with volume of more than 500payslips in each country

c) Managed team of 2 to 5 members

d) Contributed to process improvement projects

e) Performed client facing role

f) Should possess master s degree with 7+ years of experience

g) Have experience of dealing with different countries payroll vendors
