Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has a solid background in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor food quality, customer service, and cleanliness to ensure company standards are upheld.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including servers, cooks, and supervisors.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak times.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and morale.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster a welcoming and positive dining environment.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales, labor cost, and food cost.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Review and approve payroll and vendor invoices.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote specials, events, and seasonal menus.
  • Build relationships with the local community to drive traffic and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software (e.g., Toast, OpenTable, etc.) is a plus.
  • ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred.
  • Location : Dehradun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
