Role Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Refurb & Service Operations (EV) to manage and maintain our refurbishment workshop in Delhi. The role involves end-to-end ownership of mechanical and electrical component debugging, repair quality, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of EV bikes and hands-on experience in service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily refurbishment and service operations at the Delhi workshop.
• Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to SOPs, and high-quality repair output.
• Own component-level diagnosis, debugging, repair, testing, and final quality checks.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the technician team to meet daily and monthly KPIs.
• Drive service performance metrics: TAT, productivity, first-time fix rate, and quality score.
• Conduct audits, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain safety compliance.
• Track repair trends, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with city operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams for issue closure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the EV industry in service/repair operations.
• Strong understanding of EV bikes, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Prior experience handling workshops or refurbishment centres.
• Good team management, communication, and analytical skills.
