Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Oversee day-to-day QA operations to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Lead and mentor the QA team to enhance skills and ensure productivity.
Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and documentation to identify non-conformances.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in the selection, validation, and qualification of quality control tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving product quality.
