Assistant Manager-Project Execution

As an Assistant in Project Execution at Piramal Realty, your role involves assisting in the timely delivery of projects from start to finish. You will ensure execution as per the master schedule and coordinate with various internal resources to meet set timelines and milestones. In case of deviations or lags in site progress, you will escalate the issue for prompt resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Projects, Commercial, and MEP team to ensure project execution aligns with the master schedule. - Collaborate with external stakeholders including Consultants, Contractors, Architects, and Vendors Agencies for project delivery. - Assist in monitoring site progress and promptly escalate any deviations or lags in completion to the Site Head for resolution. Qualifications Required: - Experience in project execution or related field. - Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently to ensure project delivery.
