Major job tasks shall include payroll, F&F operations, statutory compliance, labour compliance, and office administration.2. Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently; ensure on-time and error-free salaries and monthly vendor payments.3. Ensure smooth onboarding and exit of employees and continuously improve employee experience.4. Lead strategic HR operations initiatives, aligning HR practices with business objectives.5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the organization; maintain regular records and registers of factory and office to ensure total compliance.6. Develop and monitor key HR metrics to assess operational success.7. Ensure smooth coordination with employees and resolve their queries in a timely and effective manner.8. Address employee grievances promptly to ensure strong employee relations.9. Conduct disciplinary inquiries and document disciplinary actions.10. Develop and manage the HR department s budget to ensure cost-effective operations.11. Manage and oversee office administration activities.

Lead daily production operations to achieve output as per plan.2. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store for seamless production.3. Optimize manpower allocation, machine loading, and shift planning.4. Ensure adherence to quality standards5. Implement SOPs and maintain process controls for consistent product quality.6. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality deviations.7. Monitor KPIs: machine efficiency, downtime, wastage, yields, packaging efficiency.8. Drive production cost optimization through process improvements & waste reduction.9. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.10. Manage supervisors, operators, and contract workforce across shifts.11. Conduct training on safety, SOPs, machine handling, and productivity improvement.12. Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift-wise performance tracking.13. Control material losses, yield variance, and consumable usage.14. Work closely with the maintenance team for preventive & breakdown maintenance.15. Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of mechanical/electrical issues.16. Maintain production reports, shift logs, quality records, and statutory documentation.17. Present daily/weekly/monthly MIS to Plant Head.18. Ensure ERP entries are timely and accurate.
