Assistant Manager - Production

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning micro level operations of the plant to achieve production targets. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments such as maintenance, utility, HR, safety, lab, ETP, and co-gen. Monitoring and optimizing process parameters for yield and quality will be crucial, along with ensuring safety compliance in the operation area. You will also lead productivity improvement and process debottlenecking projects and provide training to subordinates on the shop floor to enhance their skills. Ensuring the quality of finished products and adherence to ISO guidelines, HAZOP, HACCP, and FEMIQs recommendations will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the proper work permit system and manage resources for smooth plant functioning.
