Will Play In Our Team Join ExxonMobil's Technology and Engineering Company in Raw Materials Characterization & Compositional Modelling group Our team develops & fine-tunes models for process units, e-g hydro processors or fluid catalytic crackers, to optimize their operation and profit Our group closely collaborates with Process Engineers who run & monitor the units for fine-tuning the models We also interface with Process Research Team, which investigates new kinetics & runs experiments to verify new models Our group also works with optimizations teams who leverage business & plant data to verify quality of models and their fidelity in real world Areas of research can include petroleum crude and renewable feedstock from vegetable oils to bio-waste & recycled plastics processing, What You Will Do Understand & able to troubleshoot currently developed proprietary kinetic & compositional models, Collaborate with Process Research Team to develop new kinetic & composition models, including design of experiments and analyzing experimental data, Provide technical leadership through technical training, work process reviews and best practice implementations Identify opportunities on improving models to better capture processes or improve performance of models Provide direction to Raw material Characterization on parameters of interest in better modeling properties & kinetics Position could require 5-10% travel (domestic and international), About You Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Science or Engineering discipline or relevant e-g Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with minimum GPA score of 7 0 & Above, Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and gas industry, Must be familiar with kinetic modelling & reaction networks, Strong background in programming, data analytics and ability to learn a new programming language, Self-motivated & driven to learn, Preferred Qualifications / Experience Demonstrated experience in Research & ability to design a research plan & lead it, e-g a PhD degree Ability to collaborate cross-functionally / inter-disciplinary Familiarity with APL & Fortran programming language Familiar with statistical analysis Role Description - Execute and support process scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale. - Industrial experience between 2 to 6 years. - Plan and execute new technology transfer and crosslinking batches. - Conduct batch monitoring and troubleshooting during pilot and routine production runs. - Prepare process documents such as PPs, PRIDs, SOPs. - Participate in process optimization and yield improvement activities. - Collaborate with functional teams including production, QA/QC, and EHS. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards applicable to the chemical industry. Job Summary: The Distillation Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining distillation equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality spirits. This role involves monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor distillation columns, condensers, and other related equipment. Adjust process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to optimize yield and quality. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation of distillation equipment. Collect and test samples to ensure quality control standards are met. Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch logs and process deviations. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team. Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance. Work collaboratively with fermentation and milling teams to ensure a smooth production process. Qualifications & Skills: ITI (technical certification preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in distillation operations, preferably in a distillery or chemical plant. Strong understanding of distillation principles and equipment. Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and technical manuals. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in a distillery.

Job Requirements Process Engineer in Oil & Gas domain with upstream or refinery experience. Involved in process calculations for cross country pipelines, Root cause analysis, Simulation studies , multiphase flow, and well head operations during normal, emergency, start-up & shutdown. Prepare and review PFD, P&ID , Heat and Mass Balance calculations, multiphase and surge calculations, hydraulic and pressure drop calculations Preparation of process parameters in pipeline datasheets Experience of risk studies and Brainstorming on Process units involving consequences and safeguards based on the nature of Risk and associated response systems. Preparation and review of Process datasheets of equipment such as Separators, Heat exchangers, sizing of PSV’s and Control Valves. Procedures for Testing and commissioning of pipelines including Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic test, chemical cleaning and their method statements. Requirements and Types of Insulation and associated process calculations Participated in MOC studies and recommendations Pressure Surge Analysis using SPS pipeline hydraulic simulator SPS surge studies for a single flow control device SPS surge studies for a multiple flow control device using Model lab simulations. SPS simulation data extraction and processing SPS overpressure mitigation studies Pipeline Maximum Operating Discharge Pressure (MODP), Pressure Derate, RV Sizing, and Hydrostatic test calcs. Run MODP Calculations based on pipe design and hydrotest info using PA Tool for each pipeline segment. Provide Psafe calculations for MODP Derate, gather pressure data from Control Centers for derate calculations. Gather field data for RV sizing, determine the overpressure scenario, identify fluid type and properties at relieving condition, set pressure and overpressure allowance, determine the actual orifice size, calculate the required relief rate. Determine Hydrostatic test pressure for pipeline replacement projects. Work Experience Chemical engineering or equivalent degree is required. 8-12 years’ experience with upstream / refining domain and cross country pipelines background is required. Good understanding of process unit operations and process calculations, including, fluid flow principles, and reaction principles, is a plus. Working experience with HYSYS and HTRI is an advantage Must have good technical communication skills. This includes ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with unit engineers to understand their issues and problems and communicate solutions.
