2. Review formulation protocols and assist in troubleshooting any deviations during the compounding process.
5. Supervise a team of operators, technicians, and junior staff involved in the formulation, filling, vial washing, and compounding processes.
6. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous skill development.
7. Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and GMP adherence.
10. At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role at the assistant manager level or above.
11. Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards (FDA, EMA), and quality assurance processes related to sterile manufacturing.
