We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Procurement, Purchase & Sourcing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, purchase, and sourcing activities across the organization.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives and reduce costs.
Manage vendor development and relationship building to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of procurement plans.
Ensure compliance with EXIM procedures and regulations.
Monitor and report on procurement spend and savings, providing insights for future strategy development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement processes and practices.
Manage and analyze procurement data to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery.
4-10 years of experience in procurement, purchase, and sourcing.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement modules Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration or Relevant field.
Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of EXIM procedures and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
