Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist for Interior fit out works with multiple city exposure, your role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with project goals and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings. Additionally, you will need to resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts as they arise. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans - Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring supplier performance meets agreed-upon standards - Conducting regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations - Implementing and maintaining procurement best practices, including risk management and cost-saving initiatives - Utilizing e-procurement tools for conducting procurement activities effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project management environment - Proven track record of successful procurement oversight and process improvement - Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite Join our team and contribute to the success of our procurement operations by leveraging your expertise and skills in strategic procurement and stakeholder management.,
