AM-Finance & Procurement Lead (PanIndia)

Candidate is responsible for driving PanIndia Finance & Procurement operations, ensuring timely billing, robust financial governance, costefficient procurement, & seamless vendor management, require corporate exposure, stakeholder alignment, & the ability to lead sourcing strategies while improving financial accuracy, & supply chain performance across the sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance, Billing & Governance
- Ensure accurate & timely billing for CBRE & all vendor partners, maintaining 0 delay SLAs.
- Drive timely client payment collection & ensure prompt vendor payouts aligned with contractual terms.
- Maintain strong financial controls, documentation, & compliance with company policies, audit requirements, & statutory regulations.
- Partner with CBRE Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, & variance analysis at a PanIndia level.
- Ensure 100% audit readiness through proper record mgmt., transparency, & reconciliation processes.
2. Procurement Strategy & Category Management
- Develop & execute robust PanIndia procurement strategies focused on cost efficiency, supplier quality, risk reduction, & business requirements.
- Lead strategic & operational sourcing activities for key categories across regions.
- Identify, evaluate, & select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, & compliance.
- Drive endtoend contract lifecycle mgmt. including drafting, negotiation, renewals, rate finalization, & performance KPIs.
- Monitor supplier performance through periodic reviews & implement improvement plans where required.
3. Vendor Mgmt & Relationship Development
- Manage supplier relationships long-term to ensure reliability, continuity, & performance excellence.
- Ensure vendor onboarding, documentation, compliance, & governance processes meet corporate standards.
- Work closely with CBRE & internal finance and procurement teams to maintain seamless coordination & service delivery.
4. Supply Chain, Inventory & Operations
- Oversee PanIndia procurement of goods & services, ensuring quality, timely delivery, & adherence to specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels & implement demand forecasting & inventory optimization strategies.
- Analyse supply chain risks & develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
5. Data Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Provide periodic MIS, dashboards, & performance metrics on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor KPIs, & billing status.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast requirements, & support decision-making.
- Present insights to leadership & clients with clarity & strategic recommendations.
6. Process Excellence & Transformation
- Continuously evaluate & enhance procurement processes to increase transparency, efficiency, & accuracy.
- Implement digital tools (Helix), automation, & best practices for procurement & finance workflows.
- Ensure strong compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, & industry best practices.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives, value engineering exercises, & operational excellence programs across PanIndia.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Build strong crossfunctional partnerships with Operations, Finance, procurement, Legal, & leadership teams.
- Translate business needs into procurement strategies & ensure seamless execution.
- Managing team: lead & develop team members, allocate responsibilities, provide mentorship, & drive a culture of accountability & performance.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, COUPA, PeopleSoft, Helix
- Strong understanding of sourcing, contract mgmt., category mgmt. , negotiation skills, & procurement analytics.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Good communication, negotiation, & stakeholder mgmt. capabilities.
- Strong analytical & problem- solving skills with a decision-making mindset.
- Leadership qualities to manage teams, motivate cross-functional groups, & drive operational excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure with vendor networks & PanIndia operational complexity.
Corporate Exposure
- Experience working in corporate environments or global MNCs, preferably in FM, infrastructure, or services industry.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments & adhere to global governance standards.
Education
- MBA in Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Admin (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain mgmt. or related field.
Experience
- 10–12+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Finance Ops, or Strategic Sourcing.
- Prior experience working with CBRE, JLL, C&W, or similar organizations is an advantage.
